There is something so magical about creating a tiny human. Maternity sessions are some of my favorite moments of life to capture. It truly is such an intimate time while you discovery the power and strength of your body. You are growing a freaking human, and that is no easy task! Yeah you are a super-hero. I would love to capture you in this beautiful moment of life.

This is a time in your life that comes and goes in the blink of an eye, so I offer two different styles of maternity sessions: a traditional maternity session, which can include the rest of the family and a solo belly session, which really focuses on the beauty of mama in all her glory. Both types of sessions are fully styled for your specific personality. All sessions will take place either outdoor during the beautiful golden hour, your home or my studio space. I recommend scheduling maternity sessions between 30 to 36 weeks. I offer a special rate if you book your newborn session when scheduling your maternity shoot. I have a small wardrobe of maternity gowns for those that don’t want to make the investment of purchasing something just for the session. I am continually growing my client closet, so if you have a specific dress in mind, please ask about my buy back program for a win-win for both of us. After your session is complete, a proofing gallery will be delivered for you to pick your favorite images for purchase within two weeks of your session. All images sold separately from session fee.

Newborn Sessions

The days following a birth can be a whirlwind of activity and emotions, so think of your newborn session as a time to slow down and savour some quiet moments with your new baby.

Let’s capture your bundle of joy and all of their perfection with moments you will cherish forever. I offer two different types of newborn sessions: an in-home lifestyle session in the comfort of your home and a styled studio session at my studio space. If you prefer to stay in the comfort of your home, I come to you. Messy house or just want to get out for a change of scenary, I’ve got you covered with my studio. I recommend scheduling a newborn session between 0-2 weeks after birth. To accommodate baby’s needs (feeding, changing, awake windows) newborn sessions are scheduled for two hours.

You have a lot going on during those first few weeks postpartum, so to make things as stress free as possible, I provide bonnets, headband, wrap and prop options for you to choose from. You just bring yourself and baby, I will do the rest. I have a small wardrobe for mom as well, for those that don’t want to make the investment of purchasing a gown just for the session.
